Why is there a setup fee?
Average retail cost of the severs range form $900 to $2600. We invest in our clients and the setup fee helps off set the cost.
Why are your dedicated server plans so affordable?
We are specialize in interactive development and use the same service to run our day to client activites. Because we are are smaller and deal with web development on a daily basis we are more efficient, faster and have a much lower over head then most. We are designed for the small businesses that want to take control of there digital assets.
How long does it take to get my leased server up and running?
It averages about 2 weeks to order, receive and setup.
What does managed and unmanaged solutions mean?
Managed solution means we are in charge of maintaining all software and hardware items.
Unmanaged solution means that you the customer is taking care of any software items or configurations (after default setup).
Are the plans advertised a managed solution?
Plans that are advertised are not managed, they are unmanaged. Even though we have managed Fire Walls and help trouble shooting you as the client are the administrators of your leased server. In other words you are responsible for your data and software and we are responsible for hardware and connectivity.
What operating systems do you support?
For cost and stability we offer Linux platforms for most of our plans. The only exception are the clients requesting the older technology shockwave multi-user server (SMUS) that requires Windows server.
Can you use PHP, MySQL and others?
Yes.
Do you recommend a hosting control panel that does everything?
Well nothing does everything but the Cube Panel (http://www.cubepanel.com) does most!

Once we installed the free versions of the software your customer number is used to be verified by SmartFoxServer or Cube Panel. They will then give you a link to purchase your upgraded license directly.
What is the difference between dedicated and semi-dedicated plans?
Dedicated means you have the entire server for your self. So it is more stable, faster and higher capacity. Semi-Dedicated means the your physical server is shared between 2 and 5 individuals. Every one has their own operating system with in their partition.
